Burner-operated businesses: Let’s keep the economy in the family. Lot’s of burners have their own business, and it pays to support them. There’s massage therepists, photographers and even some guy selling EL wire. We had a great time at the workshop last weekend at Not A Number Cards And Gifts in Wallingford. Photos by Hank, AKA EspressoBuzz: Hank’s complete gallery of the workshop is here. I really enjoy giving these workshops. It’ s incredibly satisfying to nudge people over the learning curve. I remember the first time I tried wiring up so EL and was baffled by the process, but once someone showed me the basic techniques I was amazed how easy it really is once you know the simple tricks. I hold these workshops every few weeks, be sure to check out the upcoming schedule! Thanks to everyone who showed up! Hey folks. I’m in Vancouver for the weekend. Ivana and I are registered to run the Vancouver half marathon tomorrow morning. Looks like I won’t be running, as I seem to have picked up the (not swine-) flu over the past week. So I’ll suffer in the hotel while she does the run. Ahh well, there will be other opportunities. Anyway, this may add a bit of delay to the shipping | ||
