Using the same technology and drivers as Cool Neon, the FLAT Lamp produces a bright band of glowing light, one quarter-inch wide, mounted on a flexible ribbon .01-inch thick by 0.25-inch wide. FLAT Lamps come in two lengths with solder tabs at one end. They can be cut shorter but unlike Cool Neon, remnants cannot be re-soldered. The soldering is a little tricky. We recommend the AA Hand held driver for the FLAT lamp.

NOTE: Use a heat sink while soldering the tabs to prevent them from melting the plastic substrate.
