Standard Cool Neon wire is 2.3mm and can bend around a pencil, perfect for almost any application.

Our Techno Strobe Driver +1 comes with one Plug & Play connector set. Two AA batteries will keep your Cool Neon glowing for about 8-10 hours in constant mode, and about 30 hours in strobe mode!

Our Standard diameter of High Bright Long Life Cool Neon wire is 2.5mm, and about 150% BRIGHTER than our other grades of Cool Neon! It is stiffer (curl it around your finger and it will hold that spiral shape!) and perfect for many applications. It dims to half brightness after about 3,000 hours of continous use (frequency dependant), compared to our standard grade of Cool Neon wire at 2,500 hours and High Bright Short Life Cool Neon wire with a half-life of about 800 hours. Electrically it performs the same as all other Cool Neon wire.

Our 1 AA Driver lights up to 5 feet of Cool Neon wire & comes with one Plug & Play connector set. This unit has a side switch with constant on, off, or blink modes. (Dimensions: 2.25” x 1.3” x .75 ”) (Powered by 1 self contained AA battery, not included)

All solder joints are done in house by trained EL wire engineers.  We use the copper-foil method of soldering, as described in our tutorials, rather than soldering the angel wires directly to the pigtail lead.  It takes a little longer but we believe this is a worthwhile step as the joint is much more durable!

The Cat-09 sequences up to 10 separate pieces of Cool Neon wire 2- 45 feet in length. This sequencer comes with speed control, an on/ off switch, & mode switch. It is powered by 9- 14 Volts DC. We recommend using our 8 AA Battery Cage or 12 Volt AC Power Supply with it.

It’s versatility is unmatched. It senses how many channels of Cool Neon wire your project is using (from 2- 10) & automatically sequences them in a wide variety of patterns. Speed is continuously adjustable over a wide range or the Cat-09 will run through its channels via trigger switch.
